A plain-language account of what this website collects, who else sees it, and how to reach us about it.
Last updated 13 October 2026. This page describes the website at agoraculturecenter.org. It does not cover what happens in person at the studio.
We don't run accounts, bookings, or payments on this website. Bookings and memberships happen on our program partners' sites, masscapoeira.com and bodybytabitha.com. The only thing you can send us here is a message through our contact form. We use two analytics tools to understand how people find and use the site. We don't sell anything about you to anyone.
Nothing directly. The pages are static files. We don't set our own cookies, and there is no login or account on this domain. Our host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, page requested) as part of delivering the site.
When you send a message through our contact form, the name, email, phone number and message you enter are stored by our host, Netlify, and forwarded to our team so we can reply. We use them only to answer you.
Class schedules, bookings and memberships are run by our program partners on their own sites — masscapoeira.com for capoeira and bodybytabitha.com for fitness, aerial and senior classes. When you book or pay there, their privacy policies apply, not ours. We never handle or store card numbers ourselves.
We use Google Analytics 4 and Metricool to see how many people visit, which pages they read, and roughly where they came from. Both set cookies and both collect an abbreviated IP address. We use this to decide what to write and where to advertise — not to identify individuals.
You can opt out of Google Analytics across every site using Google's browser add-on. Browser tracking protection, an ad blocker, or a "Do Not Track" setting will generally stop both tools.
Our contact page embeds a Google Map. Loading that page loads content from Google, which lets Google see your IP address.
We run programs for children, but this website is not directed at them and we don't knowingly collect information from children through it. Registrations for youth programs are made by a parent or guardian on our program partners' sites.
We keep contact-form messages and any records we hold about members for as long as we need them to help you, and afterwards where we need them for accounting, grant reporting, or our 501(c)(3) obligations. Analytics data expires on Google's and Metricool's own schedules. Ask us to delete anything and we'll do it wherever we're not required to keep it.
We link out to masscapoeira.com, bodybytabitha.com, and our social accounts. Once you follow a link you're on someone else's site under their privacy policy, not ours.
If you'd like to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted — including anything you sent through our contact form — email us at info@agoraculturecenter.org or call (508) 640-5835and we'll sort it out. You can unsubscribe from any email we send using the link in that email.
Write to us at 131 East Main Street, Webster, MA 01570, email info@agoraculturecenter.org, or use the contact page. If we change how any of this works, we'll update this page.
