A plain-language account of what this website collects, who else sees it, and how to reach us about it.
Last updated 10 August 2026. This page describes the website at agoraculturecenter.org. It does not cover what happens in person at the studio.
We don't run our own accounts, mailing list, or database on this website. Anything you type — a booking, a membership purchase, a donation, a message — goes directly to WellnessLiving, the software we use to run the studio. We use two analytics tools to understand how people find and use the site. We don't sell anything about you to anyone.
Nothing directly. The pages are static files. We don't set our own cookies, and there is no login or account on this domain. Our host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, page requested) as part of delivering the site.
Class schedules, memberships, donations, the contact form and the free-class form are all WellnessLiving widgets embedded in our pages. When you use one, your details go to WellnessLiving, not to us, and are handled under their privacy policy and their payment processing. We see the resulting bookings, messages and receipts inside our WellnessLiving account. We never handle or store card numbers ourselves.
We use Google Analytics 4 and Metricool to see how many people visit, which pages they read, and roughly where they came from. Both set cookies and both collect an abbreviated IP address. We use this to decide what to write and where to advertise — not to identify individuals.
You can opt out of Google Analytics across every site using Google's browser add-on. Browser tracking protection, an ad blocker, or a "Do Not Track" setting will generally stop both tools.
Our contact page embeds a Google Map. Loading that page loads content from Google, which lets Google see your IP address.
We run programs for children, but this website is not directed at them and we don't knowingly collect information from children through it. Registrations for youth programs are made by a parent or guardian through a WellnessLiving account.
We keep membership and booking records in WellnessLiving for as long as you're a member and afterwards where we need them for accounting, grant reporting, or our 501(c)(3) obligations. Analytics data expires on Google's and Metricool's own schedules. Ask us to delete anything and we'll do it wherever we're not required to keep it.
We link out to masscapoeira.com, bodybytabitha.com, and our social accounts. Once you follow a link you're on someone else's site under their privacy policy, not ours.
