The classes

Find your format

Mix and match — your MultiPass unlocks them all. Your first class is free.

HIIT

Alternating rounds of high-intensity movement and short recovery to build endurance and torch calories.

Tabata

Short, brutal intervals — 20 seconds on, 10 off. About pushing your limits and resetting fast.

Cardio Fusion

A metabolic cardio + strength blend of power and endurance, finishing with a core burnout.

Pilates

Low-impact, precise movement that strengthens the core while improving posture and flexibility.

PiYo

Pilates' sculpting meets yoga's strength and flexibility — low impact, high burn, no jumping.

Barre

A toning, body-weight workout that targets the deep stabilizing muscles others miss.

Boot Camp

A high-intensity, full-body group workout that challenges you mentally and physically.

Bungee

Defy gravity — a joyful, low-impact suspended workout that's tougher than it looks.

Zumba

Dance-based cardio that makes the workout feel like a party.

Aerial

Fly, with control. Aerial builds a kind of strength that floor work never quite reaches — and it is a great deal more fun than it looks.

Aerial Lyra

Poses and tricks in a suspended metal hoop. Builds strength, balance, coordination, and body awareness — and burns 300–400 calories an hour.

Intro to Aerial Lyra

The beginner entry point. No experience needed — you'll learn how to mount the hoop safely and find your first shapes.

Mommy & Me Lyra

A joyful way to get in the hoop together. Grown-up and child work through shapes side by side, at whatever pace suits you both.
