In Webster, boutique fitness can run $20–$40 a class and memberships top $150 a month — out of reach for many working families. As a nonprofit, we do it differently.
Our scholarship fund covers 25–100% of program costs for low-income families, seniors, and youth.
One gift can keep a child in after-school programs or a senior moving all year long.
Donations, grants, and sponsors cross-subsidize access — so price is never the reason someone stops coming.

Capoeira — pronounced ka-poo-AY-rah — is an Afro-Brazilian art form built from acrobatics, dance, and music. Through our Capoeira Luanda lineage, students of all ages learn kicks, escapes, and the rhythm of the roda.
Rooted in history, focused on community. Led by Contramestre Morcego and the Capoeira Luanda group, our program connects students to a living tradition — and to each other.

"Thank you for supporting our multicultural event tonight. The energy, the music, the joy — our students felt seen. This is exactly the kind of place our town needs."
— Carla DiNorcia Smith, local teacher
